Happy Halloween!
Vandon had plans to go Trick-or-Treating with Marion but due to
sex-offender laws, Vandy had to stay inside his house from 5-10pm, have all
lights off, couldn't leave or give out any treats. As for Mary, he drove
around every block in Withers Swash looking for candy! Unfortunately she
wasn't working Halloween night...What a disappointing holiday for these two area
leaders.
Prostitutes, Bribes, Crooked Constables, Sex w/ Daughter & a Traffic Citation
The above description is not a brief summary of tonight's COPS episode; rather it describes the life styles of local authorities. The below articles are quite disturbed with information not reported by the regular news media outlets. Most alarming is the Blog Site by Jenerette's Step-Daughter, who was subject to sexual abuse while growing up and as an adult. A lot is revealed. Here is a list of the current Charlie Foxtrot taking place in town.

Justice Never Expires

Grand Strand, after carefully writing all night about Horry
County Vice Chairman Marion Foxworth, III, I come across this gem about
Professor Vandon Ellis Jenerette, III. What's with the III'ed
generation? Interesting enough, at around 0300hrs, 26 Oct 07, the Sun News
covered the story and provided a piece of information which was later edited and
taken out by 0730hrs that same morning. Unfortunately for MyrtleBeachOnline.com,
I have the info they took out and I will provide it to you shortly. First
let me share to you what was reported by the news and then share some very
disturbing information about the charges.
As for Van, how can one
begin to report on this issue without getting sick to the stomach, and as a
parent, I know it can't be done without anger clogging your throat. Though
Marion may put the "Vice" in the Council's Vice Chair position; Vandon is an
entire category of malice which cannot compare. In fact, Marion looks like
a Fluffy Kitten covered in fairy coated gum-drops when standing next to
Jenerette. If you don't know, "Jenerette was charged with two counts
of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature from an incident
investigators say happened back in 1972 with a minor family member", as
reported by MyrtleBeachOnline.
Apparently the sexual assault occurred while vacationing in Garden City,
SC.
Adding more sugar to the Kool-Aid, there has been a change in
South Carolina Law which prevents prosecutors from charging Jenerette
with sexual assault. Convenient as it may sound for
Jenerette, he's still facing 20 years if found guilty. He's lost
custody of his children to the State, his wife, Katherine,
is overseas serving in the Army.
When it came to Channel 5 News,
they just gave the facts. You can see that article by clicking here. Don't
expect to get anything in-depth from Channel 5 News about this case.
However, the Sun News was on the right track,
but they, for some reason beyond understanding, removed a piece of
information which would have interested readers...or those who are personally
connected to this case.
And finally, the breaking news report by MyrtleBeachTV
states that the alleged victim was his stepdaughter at age 7. Well, if you
read his daughters blog site, which is provided below, you will find out it
started sooner than that and lasted a lot longer than what's reported...wait,
it's not being reported.

site provided. It's graphic and I really can't blame
the daughter for being
so.
The Secret Past Lives of Katherine
& Van Jenerette.
The above blog is that of Tanya Jenerette-Begg. You won't see
her name mentioned on Katherine Jenerette's campaign website. The young
Mrs. Jenerette, 
pictured
here, only gives reference to her husbands "Other Children," Vandon Ellis
Jenerette, IV & Suyong Yvonne Jenerette but does not mention a
Tanya. To the naked eye it seems like Katherine is lying, but after
reading the Tanya's blog, she was Van's Step-Daughter...which she learned at 15
years old. So as it intends to be, the biological children of Vandon was
reported, nothing more.
It's possible to assume Katherine
did not know the extent of what happened between her husband and his
Step-Daughter from his last marriage. She seems like a pretty sharp
person and would have picked up on any pedophile behavior toward her
children, despite being a child herself when compared to the Old and Balding
Vandon Jenerette.
Tanya began the blog on 23 June 07, her
message was clear: "Tanya Jenerette-Begg; On a crusade to bring my father,
Vandon Ellis Jenerette III to justice." Throughout the months, she
reveals a disturbing life a sexually abused daughter. Starting at the age
of 5, she was subject to a life of sexual abuse up until and during her third
pregnancy; just before he married Katherine.
I apologize to my readers
for breaking character, but because of the graphic events Tanya writes about, I
can't come to terms to report everything that Vandon did to this girl.
It's terrible that prosecutors can only charge him with two counts of assault
& battery when the vile deeds are much more repulsive and disgusting.
Moreover, Garden City 1972 only gives one account of sexual assault, but it
started before that year and would continue for many years to follow.
Against his family, he has sold his soul. To his students who admired his
teaching styles and found him to be the best instructor most of them had, he
could never have that kind of impression on his abused children. At
the end of the day, if you don't have your family, then you don't have
anything. Your job will go on with out, but your family will fall apart
without you. Word to the career blinded spouses, invest in your family -
it's all you truly have.
I wish Katherine's safety serving
overseas and Godspeed to her return to her children.

society stature or what you do for an occupation," says

"If you're committing a
criminal offense, you're going to be dealt with."

Don’t tell this to Marion Dargan Foxworth, III; it might not click
that you are talking about the prostitution solicitation charge and NOT the
traffic citation. He’s a little feebleminded now that he may have to
explain why he broke the law…again.
It disturbs me to write about
this, but I feel I would not be living up to my own philosophy on L.I.F.E. if I don’t. When it comes to Marion
D. Foxworth, III, Horry County Councilman for District 3, and Council Vice
Chairman, the issue involving an arrest for Solicitation of Prostitution should
not be taken lightly. I understand fully the concept of innocent until
proven guilty; but mind you that’s in a court of law. After reading what
the police witnessed in their incident report, it’s clearly obvious the officers
saw Foxworth enter the house with Ms. Crossman, a known prostitute.
Now, Mary will say he was simply pulled over for a minor traffic violation and
looks forward to this whole ‘thing’ moving forward. Given the benefit of a
doubt, let’s just go with the traffic violation. However, and I mean a
resounding HOWEVER! How do you suppose that “Fresh” Fluid Stain got onto
the hip of your pants? Yes Marion, that question is directed towards
you. And oh yeah, the Hooker already told the cops you followed her into
the house, dropped your pants, began ”masturbating” and offered her $20 for sex,
or the equivalent of giving a Vietnamese Prostitute 321,220.00 Dong to Love you Long Time. Even though
she wouldn’t have sex with Mary, she told police he insisted she keep the
money.
All mannerism aside, I’m not exactly sure what the going
rate is for Whithers Swash Happy Hour; but I would imagine $20 seems pretty
cheap for a happy ending, even for a working whore. Either way, police
confiscated the $20 and Mary's pants as evidence. His court date is
scheduled for November 5 and it would behoove the entire District 3 to make a
stop at the court house that day.
We do have to admire Mary's
persistence to his innocence. It reminds me of the famous song by Shaggy,
“It wasn’t me,” where the rapper insists that it was not him who cheated,
despite being caught on camera, in the kitchen, at his neighbors
house…etc. No matter what they say about you or what evidence is proving
you guilty, Shaggy advises you to say, “It wasn’t me.” 
Representing Horry
County's Ninth District (Left) is Councilman Paul Prince, who publicly stated that
he does not believe the charges to be true and stands firm that Mary is
innocent. Evidently he may not have recieved the Police Report
Memo. However, Prince is not the only passanger aboard this fantasy
wagon. Speaking for the 8th District, Horry County Councilman Carl Schwartzkopf (Right) told 
the Sun
News, "If he did [solicit prostitution], 911 would
have to come to my house and give me resuscitation." It's probable
that Carl may need this kind of 911 service on a weekly basis, so don't jump to
conclusions if he stops breathing. Here's an Axiomatic
Truth: These men know Marion Foxworth, III like the hairs on top of
their heads.
Mary's nonchalant swagger about this case is evident in
his comments to local papers and media news agencies. He said this whole
situation is less than what it appears to be. That he received a citation
for not using his turn signal. Now Mary, do you mind if I call you Mary?,
no one is claiming that you are anything less than honorable when admitting to
these charges. But as I said before, though the justice system has deemed
you innocent until proven guilty, the same guarantee may not apply at home; it’s
most likely the opposite. Oh! The prostitute thing…Mary had a
statement for that to. He told News13
that it was all a misunderstanding and that he’s known the woman for
years. Funny, so have the police – but they use the industry term
“prostitute,” not “woman.”
Sure the state has to prove the
prostitute’s statement about you are true and that you in fact got your pants
messy while in the house with her. But I think your better half may be a
little more concerned that you gave a known prostitute a ride in the family
car and actually went into her home. And I’m sure the dance
instructor is wondering why the $20 dance class fee was not paid that same
day. It’s obvious that you probably have more against you outside the
Justice System and far less rights protecting your innocence.
As for
his position on the Horry County Council, during the last meeting, he did not
say a word. Okay Mary, you are not helping yourself here. A leader
with a clear conscience is all business when business has to be done. But
you didn’t have a clear conscience that night did you? Any parent knows
that silence and children never occur unless they did something wrong or are up
to no-good. Consider your actions at the meeting with your comments about
a traffic citation…it just doesn’t fit the bill for a leader to remain so quiet
over a minor traffic violation. You failed to perform that night because
you accidentally got caught shining your true colors, just like a
rainbow. At least Cindi Lauper approves of
that...right?
For the unenlightened, this is not the
first time Mary demonstrated his true colors. In 2000, he pleaded guilty
to accepting money under a false pretense; bribery. He was given 200 hours
of community service, and it’s probably safe to say that no good came of that
200 hours. Mary, is it beyond your capacity to understand integrity and
character or does your non-conscience mind remain numb to all social
norms? It’s evident you have no fear of the law otherwise you would not
have done what you did. It’s not a traffic violation or a citation, let’s
call it what it is. You rubbed one out to a prostitute and now you don’t
know how to explain yourself.
Now the question stands, “What will the
people of District 3 expect of their leader?” and “How will this situation
affect the questionable acts of other leaders?” The answer resides within
each and every one of us. It’s not acceptable for an elected official to
be guilty of bribery and still hold office. His character has no value and
his integrity is obviously nonexistent. Nary violated the trust of the
people once before and somehow managed to still get elected by the people.
Now, he not only rubbed his nose to the law, he solicited the very problem that
he fought against – prostitution. Hypocrisy and bribery have no place in a
Government Position with Legitimate Authority and Power over others. He’s
officially corrupt and it’s going to be interesting if he can some how water
down the veracity of this case and convince the people to still trust him.
To the reader, I know I may be coming off a little strong with this
article, but you must understand, I fought alongside some of America’s greatest
troops and we were all willing to die for our country and trained ourselves to
kill enemies of the American People. Now that I’m home, it just
sickens me to see these kind of things in my home town. How do these
people get into office? Shouldn’t a leader be elected to lead? Don’t
we owe it to the soldiers that died protecting our freedom, to elect a leader
who can protect the rights, welfare and freedoms of the people with the same
passion? If not, then the deaths of my own soldiers are in vain. It
saddens me to come to this, but what were we fighting for, if our own people
are subject to frauds and self-interested officials.
Mary, if you
can find any remnant of dignity in that shallow soul of yours, I would highly
recommend you own up to your actions, walk away from your position, and make
amends to the only thing you have left at the end of the day…your family.
You may not have lived the L.I.F.E. of
Leadership we hoped he would, but that’s not to say he can’t do well in
other areas of his life. It’s a difficult realization to come to terms
with, that Mary may not be equal to the task of County Government.
All-in-all, you already lost your pants, the police took your car, the
hooker refused to have sex with you & she kept the money...Suffice it
to say, you didn't get your money's worth. And to prolong this
befuddlement and despite the evidence against your every statement, you decided
to plea not guilty and will face a jury trial some time in
January...Marching toward the gallows just remember the wise words of Shaggy,
"It wasn't me."
